BRADLEY
D. HARR, MS, CHMM, CMC
President, Sr. Environmental Scientist
Mr. Harr is the President of Summit Environmental, Inc. of
Boise, Idaho. He has been licensed as a Certified Hazardous
Materials Manager (CHMM) by the Institute of Hazardous Materials
Management. He brings twenty-five years of environmental
science experience, including sixteen years in RCRA and Superfund
hazardous waste management and air quality monitoring.
Management responsibilities include technical project oversight,
planning, budgeting, cost control, quality control, and staff
supervision. He has served as the Project Manager for
numerous storm water management plans, Environmental Site
Assessment (ESAs), and hazardous material and underground
storage tank (UST) projects for the government and private
industry in Idaho. Mr. Harr is a Certified Microbial
Consultant (CMC) and the Director of the Idaho Chapter of
the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AIAQC).
MICHAEL
A. LARANGO, CES, CMI
Vice President and Manager of Field Operations
Mr. Larango is the Vice President and Manager of Field Operations
for Summit Environmental. He is a Certified Environmental
Specialist (CES) with the Environmental Assessment Association.
His job responsibilities include soil and groundwater
sampling, records review, research, report preparation, soil
and hazardous waste sampling, Health and Safety plan preparation
and oversight, documentation of field activities and projects,
building inspections, and contractor oversight. Other
expertise includes hazardous waste management, heavy equipment
operations, UST decommissioning, and air monitoring and sampling.
He is trained in spill emergency response and confined space
entry. Mr. Larango is a Certified Microbial Inspector
(CMI) and an Advisor on the Board of the Idaho Chapter of
the AIAQC.
MARTIN
E. SCHIMPF, Ph.D.
Chemist
Dr. Schimpf has over twenty-two years of experience working
as a chemist performing research, laboratory analysis and
quality control. His expertise is in Separation Science
and Environmental Analysis. Dr. Schimpf has performed
grant research for U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, Merck and Company, Boise State University,
Department of Agriculture, and the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Schimpf performs data validation. For ten
years, Dr. Schimpf has worked with the Summit Environmental
project team on an as-needed basis.
